Promotional notice in the feuilleton: the case of very transparent white glass, hung from the ceiling by four thin chains in front of a window, has no communication with the walls; a round opening with a tin horn lets one hear the breathing and feel the warm breath of the «Femme invisible», question her even in the lowest voice and receive precise answers: she tells the colour of clothes and the shape and colour of objects presented at the horn. At the request of physicists and amateurs the closing has been postponed; admission 1 franc 50 centimes, open daily from one to five o'clock, in the part of the cloître Saint-Germain-l'Auxerrois facing rue des Prêtres, no. 40, allée du bureau de loterie, second floor above the entresol. The «author of the invention» declines other hours so as not to overtire the person who lends herself to the experiment. Full transcription and Italian translation.
