In the news column "Paris, 7 ventose" the paper corrects the account published by the Ami des lois of the conversation between the invisible woman and the chevalier Thurot, jokingly called a "célèbre observateur", and gives the dialogue "word for word". The exchange turns into political satire: the invisible woman declares she belongs to "the party of France", is twice the age of the Revolution, was born in Marseille, is called Françoise, lies "lying down" in the box and spends her time being bored reading the Gazette de France; the chevalier concludes that she is "a woman of the Revolution".
