![]() Magic & Antiques BooksItalian interactive magic books, back to life Posted on sunday 10 august 2014• Written by Mariano TomatisIf yesterday night at Googleplex you have enjoyed my little magic corner, involving Italian interactive books, you can go deeper in their exploration with these three links: • Andrea Ghisi, The Pastime (Verona 1603) • Andrea Ghisi, The Laberynth (London 1610) • Pietro Millioni, Graceful Thought (Siena 1649) ![]() I have restored and digitalised not only the books but also the working method, enabling you to make the experience of a 21th century computer reading your mind using a 17th century technology. Pretty cool, innit? I have also completely mapped the Laberynth, giving a talk on the book that Jorge Luis Borges would have loved a lot. Check here my speech on the topic.
